Gilbert Luxury Brands will work through the complete process from initial concepts to completed build, managing everything between the developer and the brand.
Our process will ensure that the brands criteria is aligned at all stages of any project. We will also have an ongoing role to ensure any project continues to be maintained at the level expected by the brand for the duration of the license period.
We will guide and work alongside the developer to ensure all brand guidelines are followed for a smooth approval process. This includes not just the building and interiors but also all print and electronic images that will be used for the likes of marketing and PR.
Our design team will coordinate with the developer, architects, designers and engineers to ensure that the elements of the brand continue throughout the development, in accordance with the brand standards.
